The idea for this split tape was born on Twitter when Phirnis put out the question if anyone would release some of his noise recordings on tape - Trium Circulorum replied with the suggestion to do a split release, the rest of this story is a long line of delays and postponing but here it is finally:

The "Solitary Shards Split".

Its title is a composite of Phirnis´ track name "Solitary Confinement" and Trium Circulorum´s "Dancing On Shards". Each side is a 30 minute piece of noise, static, drone...you name it. Not for the happy hours with easy listening ambitions but rather an absolutely uncosy and industrialized soundtrack for the darker hours of life.
