Shipping Info

Applies to T-Shirts only:

Orders shipped to US destinations use USPS and can take 3-8 days.
For international orders, we use USPS or DHL and shipping can take 8-21 days.
Orders will be shipped within 10 days of being placed. Shipping will cost $5 for the US and $8 for the rest of the world. Additional shirts in the same order will cost an extra $2 for the US and $3 for international orders.

Applies to Cassette tapes only:

Cassette tapes are sent in an air cushioned envelope by regular letter mail and do not have a tracking number, shipping times according to post office guy´s statement are:
Germany: Within 5 days after dispatching.
Europe and beyond: Within 14 days after dispatching.

Return Policy

Applies to T-Shirts only:

We will refund you the amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed if the shirt graphic does not resemble its representation on our website or is otherwise damaged. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed. Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed.


Applies to Cassette tapes only:

General:
Cassette tape prices are free of shipping and packaging costs. Cassette tapes are not refundable, no cancellations are accepted after an order is dispatched, no liability fordelays, losses and damages in postal services is accepted.
In case of questions regarding your product please check "Note 1" and "Note 2".

Note 1:
Recording is done one by one in DIY process on a Sony TC-K490 single slot tape deck. I´m applying a process of quality checking to each item, so you receive a fine product. In case of questions regarding your product please check "Note 2".
